Customers are advised that we will be responsible for the return shipping charge only if the wrong item was shipped, in this case, we will refund that cahrge.
Your account will be credited for the price of the item. Your credit will appear after BagExpo has received, inspected and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
